Two Scoops Cart is a Rosharon, TX based mobile dessert business founded by sisters Cassandra and Jeanne, both New Orleans natives. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant food culture of the Crescent City, they bring a taste of that magic to the Greater Houston Area.
Two Scoops offers a delightful selection of freshly made desserts, inspired by their NOLA roots and designed to bring smiles to faces one delicious treat at a time. From customizable ice cream sundaes to fluffy mini pancakes and classic beignets, they use high-quality ingredients to create sweet memories at your next event.

Our team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring that your event is a success and that your guests have a great time.

Payment Plans
Planning a party can be a difficult and stressful task. Fortunately, for you, two scoops is here to help! We understand that budgeting for an event can be difficult, which is why we offer custom payment plans to our customers. With our flexible payment options, you can spread the cost of your event over several months, making it more affordable and manageable for you. Our payment plans are designed to be as flexible as possible, allowing you to choose a payment schedule that works for your specific needs. As long as the balance is paid off a week before the event, we can customize a plan that works for you. Also note that a $100 nonrefundable fee/deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your date. If you do not cancel, the fee will be deducted from your balance.

Juggling spreadsheets by day and ice cream scoops by night, I'm the yin to our yang at Two Scoops! A momma on the move (thanks, Nathan and Jaxson!), I found freedom and fun trading the corporate grind for the sweetest side hustle this side of the waffle cone. I enjoy traveling the world with my boys.
Once a dedicated educator, I’ve traded textbooks for scoops as a proud co-owner of two scoops, a beloved, mobile dessert card. My bustling household of three girls and three boys keeps life, sweet and lively. When not serving up sugary delights, you can find me cruising the open seas or embarking on memorable road trips with my beloved family.
